The Rules Official ("the App") is built with a simple privacy principle: we don't collect your data. The App runs entirely on your device. There are no accounts, no servers, and no data transmission of any kind.

On-Device AI

On supported devices, the App offers AI-powered rulings using Apple's on-device Foundation Models. All AI processing occurs entirely on your device. No queries, prompts, or results are transmitted to any server -- ours or anyone else's.

Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Payment information is handled by Apple and is never accessible to us. We do not receive or store your payment details, Apple ID, or any purchase-related personal information.

Third-Party Services

The App contains no third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, advertising networks, or external services of any kind. The App makes no network requests.

Children's Privacy

Because the App collects no data from any user, it inherently complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations. There is nothing to collect from users of any age.

Data Security

Because no data is collected or transmitted, there is no data to secure, breach, or compromise. All content generated by the App exists only on your device and is subject to your device's own security measures.

If we ever change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. Any material change to our data practices -- particularly any introduction of data collection -- would require a new version of the App with updated disclosures.
